I’m pleased with how this has turned out. The Golden Temple of Amrister, known as Sri Harmandir Sahib is a stunning building. This is engraved on a gold pin. It was well-received at the Guru Nanak Gurdwara in Smethwick when 5,000 people came through the door for the Gurdwara’s 60th celebrations.
I always get a lot of satisfaction when I’ve finished engraving something of such religious importance (The Golden Temple of Amritsar).
When I’m engraving lettering, one slip means it all has to be polished off and started again. In this engraving, there are four small slips, but they are disguised within the intricate design.
